He can boat some notable experiences such as the collaboration with Giorgio Pinchiorri at the Enoteca Pinchiorri restaurant in Florence, and the role of the sommelier for chef Carlo Cracco. Luca, who also holds the title of Founder of The Winesider BIWA – Best Italian Wine Awards, has been collaborating with Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere della Sera for many years. He has also written for several magazines such as «La Grande Cucina», «Ristorazione Italiana» and «Mixer».
