EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Laurent-Perrier Champagne Brut Cuvée is made up of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meurnier. The grapes are harvested from approximately 55 crus scattered throughout the Champagne region and selected manually. To guarantee quality and consistency in the Laurent Perrier style, the wine destined to become champagne is blended with reserve wine, in varying quantities depending on the vintage. Once bottled, it rests for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, in contact with the yeasts.
