Pale straw yellow colour, brilliant. Fine and persistent bubbles. Intense and quite persistent, fine, elegant and fragrant, excellent yeast impression with sensations of toasted bread and flint minerality, return of white pulp, exotic and citrus fruits. Product of great finesse and elegance, well balanced with a discreet softness. Good intense aromatic persistence with a return to the olfactory taste of minerality and citrus notes, quite savory. The foam is creamy and fine.
