EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
With the name "Trentapioli" we want to remind you that the ladder used to climb the tree-lined area is 15 meters high and is made up of approximately 30 rungs. Something not exceptional but UNIQUE in the viticultural panorama, not only nationally. The "Trentapioli" matured on its own yeasts in an autoclave for approximately 50 days. Due to the unique peculiarities of the vine, "Trentapioli" can be tasted even after several years. The harvest is manual in 18 kg boxes and takes place with the use of characteristic ladders up to twenty meters high. The harvest begins around mid-September and lasts for approximately 3 days. Tree cultivation is a unique example in the world.
