Ultra Brut Champagne is the choice of those who love simplicity, the direct and pure expression of the grapes in their natural essentiality. The label of finesse and simplicity, a true business card of one of the most famous Maisons, which has been the protagonist of the world of Champagne since 1821. The estate is made up of parcels located in prestigious areas of the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne, such as Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne. Each single vineyard is vinified separately, in order to have an infinite palette of choices when creating the cuvées. Ultra Brut is born from a blend of 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir, coming from 15 different crus. To give the right harmony to Champagne, reserve wines with complementary characteristics are added to the vintage vins clairs, so as to be able to offer a pleasantly balanced wine every year.
