EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The long refinement on the fine lees gives the product notes of complexity and breadth with recognitions of white flowers and fruit (citrus fruit typical note of Vernaccia), typical mineral notes of good intensity. The taste is full, enveloping, soft, warm, a good acidic streak, savory and the aftertaste is long, persistent, broad, with a typical slightly bitter final note with references to direct nasal sensations of fruit and light vegetal notes. It appears to be good drinkability and pleasantness.
