EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It comes from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes which, vinified separately, undergo a further period of aging in wood for at least twelve months, at the end of which they proceed with their assembly and the product is bottled. The wine has a ruby ​​red color with garnet wings. The sense of smell is broad and refined where the sensation of red fruits blend with the notes of vanilla and spices, forming a particularly pleasant aromatic whole. On the palate it is soft, long and persistent, accompanied by a spicy aftertaste. It pairs very well with tasty red meats such as the classic Florentine steak and game.
