EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine perlage. On the nose there are initially notes of white fruit, lime, elderberry, fresh butter and brioche, which then give way to chalky hints of tropical fruit, aromatic herbs and tea leaves. The sip is fresh, with a creamy effervescence: the fruity sensations return, in counterpoint to a strong mineral vein. The finish is long and persistent, with fresh returns of mint and green tea.
