"NM" is a Cuvée of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon. The sand and calcareous gravel soils in Magrè and the mineral variety in the soils, mainly composed of gravel accumulations, in Nalles guarantee Alpine freshness.
Pale straw yellow colour, with an intense, measured aroma
aromatic, with hints of nutmeg, nettle and white peach. The
taste is fresh, full, pleasant and persistent.
Straw yellow color at sight, bright and clean. The nose is deep and aromatic, rich in hints reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit and yellow flowers. Secondly, the bouquet is completed by citrus nuances and mineral nuances. The tasting is long and consistent with the sense of smell, with good body and good balance.
On the palate, this Chardonnay is soft and harmonious, with a light pear aroma, associated with hints of exotic tropical fruit. Added to all this is a light salty and mineral note, which makes this wine very soft, giving it a very captivating volume.

After the soft pressing of the grapes and the alcoholic fermentation of the must, the wine is aged for six months partly in steel and partly in oak. From the straw yellow with greenish reflections of the "Penon" arises a fruity and fresh olfactory range with aromas of apple, citrus fruit and pineapple. The aroma also persists on the palate, where the Pinot Blanc stands out for its enveloping fullness and lively acidity which persist in the brilliant finish of the mouth. “Penon” is a wine full of verve, almost playful one might say, which is not only suitable for an aperitif but goes very lightly with light first courses, fish or pasta dishes.
