        Straw yellow in color with elegant light green reflections. Mas de Fer sports very thin bubbles that rise in numerous numbers to weave a sumptuous foam that lingers for a long time on the surface, until it releases intense floral aromas of wisteria and acacia, followed by peach, butter, apple, orange and an elegant nuance of liquorice in dust. Tasting offers sensations of crunchy pleasantness and calibrated balances between sweet and savory, bitter and spicy.         The Andreola company was born as a small family business, but over the last decade it has certainly reached levels of excellence in the world of Prosecco. Dirupo comes with the denomination of Valdobbiadene Superiore and, in addition to the classic Glera grape used for Prosecco, it combines a small percentage of two other vines: Biancheta and Perera. Very floral with notes of ripe pear.

        The color is a seductive and brilliant light straw yellow. The bubbles are thin, numerous and continuous, the foam is creamy. Wisteria flower, pear, apple, white peach and lime, on the nose. The sip is full, rich and persistent. This is the sparkling wine of tradition, identity and territory. Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended for the entire meal, including dessert.
