The most typical of Piacenza wines can be vinified and bottled only in the Piacenza area. Its name originates from the Roman wine vase found on the banks of the Po which bears the engraving “Gutturnium”. DOC Colli Piacentini since 1967, since 2011 it has assumed its own specific Designation of Origin.
