Mountain Verdicchio. No jokes, recalling an old advertisement, because we are faced with a very serious wine, given that it represents one of the qualitative peaks of Verdicchio di Matelica, as well as a great white for aging. Aromas of cedar, bergamot, salt and spices. The vinification in steel gives us a real sip, rich in substance, without forgetting elegance. Even at ease with a roast pork.

Produced only in great years. To obtain this label, the winery does not distort the classic winemaking process through the use of wood. The 'merit' of this label therefore falls on the chronometric maturation of a fruit, coming from plants that are on average over 30 years of age. Citrusy, salty sip, followed by nuances of dried fruit and honey. At the table, after a few years in the bottle, it is not even afraid of pairing it with a cassoeula.
