The grapes for this highly complex Etna Rosso Riserva come from the lava terraces of the ancient Monte Gorna vineyard. The Nerello Mascalese variety is prevalent, the main Etna vine which only among the black soils of the volcano is able to fully express its particular organoleptic qualities, together with a marked minerality. The low yields, the manual harvesting in boxes and the careful selection of the grapes give life to a complex and elegant wine. At least four years of maturation in the cellar, which also include a 2-year passage in second and third passage French oak barriques, complete its taste-olfactory profile.
