It is the oldest champagne house, founded in the first part of the 1700s. Added to this is the fact that the cellars, among the most beautiful and best preserved in the region, date back to the Gallo-Roman era. Champagne made only from Chardonnay with a soft touch of candied lemon and white fruit.
