Straw yellow color with golden reflections and fine, intense bubbles. On the nose you can recognize aromas of pear, yellow peach, orange, delicate white flowers, finishing with notes of yeasts and fine pastries. In the mouth it is fresh and full-bodied, with a return of acidity and flavor.
