Ribolla Gialla Bastianich is characterized by an aromatic complement that turns on floral and fruity hints of citrus and yellow pulp fruit, with a clear and perpetual mineral background that clearly reveals the place of origin. On the palate this minerality is clearly perceptible and takes the form of a peculiar flavour, very fine and elegant, capable of providing balance with the other components.
