EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Vesuvio Rosso from the Sorrentino winery is made with Piedirosso and Aglianico grapes. The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest completed around mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to preserve the fruit fragrance. The creation of the blend and bottling follow. Of a medium intensity ruby ​​red colour, it has hints of red fruits such as raspberries and wild blackberries, finished with a gentle spiciness.
