Nero d'Avola from Noto. This means the right vine in the right place. To this the Mazzei family, one of the great families of Italian wine, adds a savoir faire that simply accompanies the vine until it expresses a sip that is reminiscent of berries, tarocco orange and clove. The tannins are polite, thus favoring the breadth of options when it comes to pairings.
