Plumbago – from the spontaneous flower of a beautiful purple color that grows in the woods surrounding the baglio and the Ulmo vineyards – is a pure Nero d'Avola. It comes from the old vineyard around Lago Arancio which gives us this soft and fruity version of this great Sicilian variety. Round tannins and perfectly balanced wood make it an immediately pleasant wine. Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine based on vegetables and any type of meat.
