EXTENDED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The 'flower' must underwent the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the yeasts took place over the following 36 months. It has a straw yellow color, a rich and creamy foam and a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate the typical liveliness of Brut is accompanied by hints of dehydrated apricot which confer a new and precious harmony, of great expressiveness and elegance.
