Straw yellow color with barely noticeable greenish reflections. broad, intense, fruity, floral aroma, very pleasant and very persistent. Dry, well-structured and pleasantly acidic flavour; delicate and elegant, ennobled by a long aromatic persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with starters and a pleasant accompaniment to first courses seasoned with light sauces and second courses based on fish and shellfish.
