Elegant dry white wine, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, slightly aromatic. The characteristic, intensely herbaceous aroma enhances its fresh and decisive flavour, with delicate aromas of green pepper and gooseberry. It goes well with all appetizers, asparagus-based dishes, mixed vegetables, spicy cured meats, fish, snails, mixed fried foods, onion soup. Excellent as an aperitif.
