The Brut Millésimé is the result of the grapes of a single vintage, considered by the Maison Taittinger to be so exceptional as to be celebrated with a dedicated label. The Champagne region represents the northern border for vine cultivation. A latitude with a cold climate, where not every year the grapes reach perfect and full ripeness and for this reason the Millesimato is an exception in the panorama of Champagne production. It is composed of Chardonnay coming only and exclusively from vineyards classified as Grands Crus de la Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the best Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the initial part of the Vallée de la Marne. The extraordinary quality of the vins clairs is combined with a long period of aging on the yeasts in the Maison's cellars, which gives the Champagne a rich and multifaceted profile.
